This product is a recombinant human antibody that recognizes CD47 (cluster of differentiation 47). The antibody was expressed in mammalian cells with chemically defined culture media and was purified by affinity chromatography.

Figure 1 Anti-Human CD47 Recombinant Antibody (TAB-303LC) in WB
Western blot analysis was performed with 0.1 µg (lane 1), 0.3 µg (lane 2) and 0.6 µg (lane 3) recombinant CD47 protein onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Goat anti-Human IgG HRP secondary antibody at a dilution of 1:8,000 for one hour.

ELISA analysis of TAB-303LC was performed by coating with CD47 antigen. Then blocked with BSA, and incubated with Anti-CD47 Antibody (TAB-303LC) at a starting concentration of 2.5 µg/mL. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG was used as a secondary antibody.
